All orders are processed within the same day.Orders placed before 11:00 PM (CET) are shipped the following business day.

Delivery Times 

• Netherlands: 1–2 business days 
• Europe: 3–5 business days 
• United Kingdom: 3–5 business days 
• Other destinations: Delivery times may vary depending on the country. Estimated delivery time will be shown at checkout.

Shipping Costs 

• Standard shipping within the Netherlands: €5 
• Orders over €50 within Europe qualify for free shipping 
• Full shipping costs and options will be visible during checkout.

Delivery Partners

We primarily work with DHL for European deliveries. For shipments outside the EU, we partner with local delivery services to ensure smooth and timely delivery.

Missed Deliveries

If your delivery cannot be completed, our partners will do their best to notify you.
DHL typically leaves the parcel at a nearby service point, and you’ll receive a notification by email with pickup instructions.
