You can pay directly and securely through our website. We use Shopify Payments, a certified payment provider, so you can check out safely with iDeal, MisterCash, PayPal, or credit cards. Your payment is processed in a secure environment on Shopify’s servers.

Your VAT invoice will be available in the shipping confirmation email (not the order confirmation you get right after checkout). We’ll send it as soon as the delivery company picks up your package. Can’t find it? Check your spam folder just in case.

If you place your order on a working day before midnight, DHL will deliver your package the next day within the Netherlands. For Belgium, Germany, and France, delivery takes 2–3 business days, and for the rest of the EU: 3–5 business days. You’ll receive a Track & Trace code as soon as your package is handed over to the delivery service, so you can follow it every step of the way.

Shipping costs depend on the size of your order and your delivery address. But good news — orders over €50 ship for free, hooray! For all other orders, the exact shipping cost will be calculated and shown at checkout.

Because coffee is a fresh product, we can’t accept returns on it. Merchandise can be returned unused, in perfect condition, and in its original packaging within 14 days of receipt. Once we receive your return, we’ll refund your purchase amount within 7 days.
