Coffee Products

Due to the nature of our product, all coffee items are non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged, in accordance with applicable food safety regulations.

Merch & Returnable Items

We accept returns only for eligible merchandise (e.g. apparel, accessories) under the following conditions: 
• The return request must be made within 14 days of delivery 
• Items must be unused, with all original tags and packaging intact 
• The product must be in resellable condition

Return Process

To request a return, please contact us at hello@in-no.eu with your order number and the reason for return.
Once approved, you’ll receive instructions on how to return your item.

Please note: 
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect 
• Refunds are processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned item 
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method only
